Do You Live in Peace?

So many people live today without peace, hope, or joy in their lives. Are you one of them?

In this podcast, we look at Isaiah 26:3-4 to find out that peace comes as believers rest their minds on God. The passage calls it having our mind is stayed on God. It means to be centered on the Lord.

Centering on the Lord is not easy but by relying on the resources of the Holy Spirit, the Word, and prayer we can learn more of Him.

Learning more about God is so important in being able to traverse the trials and troubles of life. We need to remind ourselves that the Lord God is an everlasting rock and by planting our feet firmly on His foundation, we are kept in perfect peace.

God is the sole source of such peace and Who alone is worthy of trust. God alone is our solid dependability. In Christ alone, we find salvation, which is where we find the fulfillment of our peace.

Do you want that peace today?

Questions to Consider

  1. What does it mean that God keeps us?
  2. How do you keep your mind stayed on God?
  3. How deep is your trust in God?
