An Answer for Unforgiveness and Bitterness

Do you struggle with hurts from the past? Do you struggle with unforgiveness? Do you rehearse the wounds that you received from others over and over again in your mind?

When we are hurt, we can tend to either “spew our anger” or “stuff our anger.”

We can “spew” our anger by our words, using put-downs, name-calling, yelling, temper tantrums, threats, sarcasm, and even hostile “silent treatment.”

We “stuff” our anger at other times by not saying anything about our angry feelings and holding onto a grudge. At that point, our anger can become bitterness. Bitterness can affect our lives, our health, our relationships. And bitterness grieves the Lord.

What’s the answer to solving those problems? The answer is forgiveness!

In this message, hear about four promises of forgiveness that will help to bring healing and restoration for you and your relationships.

I hope it is a blessing to you.
