Ask James: Beginning the Process of Change

Ask James seeks to answer questions regarding how to apply God’s word to relationships, handling emotions, and spiritual maturity. We call it “practical theology.”

Your host is Dr. James Long, Jr., a pastor, counselor, and university professor with over 25 years of experience.

These Ask James segments are bite-sized, five-minute podcasts, that seek to provide biblical answers to life’s challenging questions.

In this new addition, to the Ask James segment, James talks about 4 essential questions that we must ask ourselves as we begin the process of change:

  1. What is my problem?
  2. Why do you want to change?
  3. What hinders you from change?
  4. How do you plan to change?

We encourage you to get a journal and begin to answer these crucial questions.

If you have questions that you may want to share with us that we may answer in future podcasts, please subscribe to our email newsletter list at james.pixelpropel.com/

Blessings.
